"Remodelling of a small building between party walls, located just opposite the Bocaccio discotheque in Barcelona. It was decided to leave the existing ground floor, similar to the buildings on each side, as it was, and work only on the additional upper floors. To make this clear we opted for a radical use of a coated metal sheet cladding, in stark contrast with the surroundings, as though the building had been constructed somewhere else and then dumped here from a helicopter. We really were very young!"
