For this reason, we grouped the access, the staircase and the lifts in a single vertical core which we tried to make as decent as possible. The design of penthouse and attic apartments wrapped under a sloping roof with multiple special pieces of  fibre cement was a challenge which is only explicable by our extreme youth."
