Four multifamily buildings lined up along an avenue and single-family dwellings in a street perpendicular to it.

The high-rise buildings have a very urban front façade—formal, symmetrical, with cadenced windows, no terraces and a single entrance beneath a large segmental arch. The rear façade, conversely, is much freer, with large terraces that express the owners’ individuality. A noteworthy aspect of the floor plan of these dwellings is the diagonal line of sight starting at the living room in the façade, crossing the entrance hall and ending in the interesting multiuse space (dining room, ironing room, playroom...) connected to the kitchen and the spacious terraces.

The façades of the single-family houses form a unitary frontage.
